Butterfly 3ffect was founded to shine a spotlight on diverse creatives, giving everyone an equal chance to enter the industry.
We exist to provide a pathway for the next generation of creator.
Elfried and Michael embarked on a journey to create what they wished existed.
They both aspired to leave a mark in the creative industry but faced a significant hurdle – the absence of role models.
Fast forward to 2023, and the situation remains much the same, compelling them to take matters into their own hands.
They launched Butterfly 3ffect to create more accessible avenues for diverse creatives seeking opportunities.
